Located a 3-minute walk from the Zenkoji Exit of Nagano Station, we are open all year round. You can enjoy Shinshu beef, including Apple Wagyu and Miyuki Wagyu, grilled over charcoal. We offer a wide variety of items, from classic cuts like tongue, kalbi, and skirt steak to seasonal Shinshu ingredients. In addition to a la carte options, we also offer courses that can be ordered on the day to enjoy Shinshu beef. The calm interior features private box seating, making it recommended for a wide range of occasions, including family meals, dates, sightseeing, anniversaries, and business dinners. We warmly welcome those sightseeing in Nagano and guests from overseas.
We have a selection of carefully selected Wagyu beef, including "Ringo Wagyu", "Miyuki Wagyu", and "Minemura Wagyu". "Really delicious meat" can be found in Nagano.
There is also a sister store, "Shinshu Hormone Center" nearby. You can also enjoy some horumon at the Meat Center.
There are also semi-private rooms with curtains that can be lowered. The atmosphere is perfect with solid local natural wood tables! You can also hold banquets around the long cypress tables.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
