【Yamamotoya Uohama】 specializes in 'Biwa trout,' which can only be caught in Lake Biwa. Each fish is carefully caught one by one, featuring a rich fat content that rivals fatty tuna and an elegant flavor. Popular menu items include thick-cut 'sashimi' and 'seared' dishes where the fat melts in your mouth. It pairs perfectly with sake as well◎ We always stock about 20 types of local sake from the Kohoku area, a lineup that will satisfy even the most discerning sake lovers. - *Lunch is limited to 1 hour.* Please check in at least 5 minutes before your reservation time (please contact us if you will be late). → If you are late, your reservation may be cancelled.
- Restaurant service charge (added separately when paying for dine-in): 500 yen seating charge (appetizer) in the evening. *The above information is for reference only. Actual prices will be determined by local rates.
- Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).
If you are unable to come to our store, please be sure to cancel your reservation before departure. If you do not cancel, you will be charged the following fees (the actual fee will be based on the information on the confirmation of your reservation): If you cancel this reservation, the following fees will apply. Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
