Our specialty is distilled spirits mixed with soda. We recommend "AKAYANE"! This spirit is made by soaking domestically grown, pesticide-free Japanese pepper in potato shochu and then distilling it again. Mix it with soda to create the ultimate Japanese pepper highball! The first-class shochu is Kinmiya shochu mixed with soda, and the flavors range from lemon, tomato, bush kan, and green yuzu! By changing the ingredients, yeast, and fermentation process, we are changing the concept of shochu as we know it. Mixing fragrant shochu with soda, such as citrus, lychee, and banana aromas, is the perfect drink to have with a meal☆★
