Boasting 40 years of history since its predecessor, our restaurant serves 100% buckwheat noodles made from buckwheat flour from Azumino, Shinshu. The noodles are made that morning and served in a soup stock made with freshly shaved bonito flakes. We recommend the Kyoto duck nanban in winter and the duck seiro in summer. These dishes, which allow you to fully enjoy the delicious flavor of Kyoto duck, are limited to 10 bowls per day.
In the evening, you can enjoy tempura soba and tempura soba. We also offer the "Evening Soba All-you-can-eat Course." This is a luxurious plan where you can enjoy soba noodles sourced from all over the country, paired with your meal. The sobagaki noodles are from Kyoto, the mozuku soba from Nagano, and more, and the lineup changes depending on the day.
This luxurious Japanese space can be used for a wide range of purposes, from breakfast to lunch, cafe time, business entertainment, and meals for special occasions. There is only counter seating, and right in front of you is an 8-meter gold leaf painting by Shinsuke Kawahara titled "Parent and Child Tigers Playing with Two Rabbits." The interior is attractive, with a counter covered in washi paper, coffered ceiling, and bonsai trees, all of which are reminiscent of a Kyoto townhouse, giving you a sense of traditional Japanese beauty. There is a pond in the garden, where you can enjoy the tasteful view of carp swimming.
