Our restaurant is conscious of "local production for local consumption," and we use plenty of seasonal ingredients from Asuka Village. Furthermore, we are committed to using no additives in any of our ingredients. The meat used in our most popular dish, the "Roast Beef Bowl," is carefully selected outer thigh meat from domestic Japanese Black Beef of A4 rank or higher. Cooked at low temperature until moist and tender, it is a richly flavored dish. Even the sauce for the meat dish is homemade, so please enjoy the exquisite taste.
