— Important information —
- If you are self drive to the location, please allow an hour for this experience
- The minimum age to participate in this activity is 10 years old. For children 14 and under must be accompany by an adult
- For safety purposes, Tandem jumpers must meet specific criteria: each jumper's weight should be between 35kg and 117kg, the combined weight of both jumpers must not exceed 235kg, and the weight difference between tandem jumpers should not exceed 30kg.
- For single jumper, each participant should weigh between 35 kg to 160 kg
- Travelers must certify that they have none of the following health issues that would preclude participation: epilepsy, bone disease, scoliosis, high blood pressure, heart conditions, acrophobia, asthma, pregnancy, etc.
- Tandem Bungy is subject to river levels being low or normal
- For self-driver, please allow an hour for this experience
- Please provide your full name in English as it appears on your passport during booking. Please note that the on-site staff have the right to refuse your participation for failure to do so
- Travelers are recommended to take out insurance before their departure

If you wish to take a camera out to the jump pod, or you wish to jump with a camera attached to you, it needs to be safely secured
Jumping with a camera is entirely at your own risk and ONLY at the discretion of the jump crew
We recommend all customers are well rested, hydrated and have recently eaten before commencing their activity
Activities may be canceled due to inclement weather conditions. Please note that refunds will not be granted if customers decline the experience due to private reasons
