We serve Jidori chicken delivered directly from "Kutsu Miyazaki" over a charcoal grill, allowing you to fully enjoy the deliciousness of the ingredients. Thanks to careful breeding, you can enjoy the tender meat packed with flavor. Miyazaki specialty "Chicken Nanban" is prepared using a method taught to us by a local. Enjoy this dish that tastes like home cooking with a slightly sweet tartar sauce made with lots of eggs. We also have gyoza from Miyazaki's famous restaurant "Gyoza no Maruoka". This popular menu item allows you to enjoy a Maruoka dish in Hakata, unique to our restaurant.
Our signature dish is "spicy noodles," the soul food of Miyazaki residents. This dish is perfect for finishing off a night of drinking, and uses konjac noodles that can be safely consumed by those who are concerned about calories. Our original homemade soup is made with a special chicken stock base. You can enjoy not only the spiciness, but also the deep flavor. We also offer a lunch set at noon. You can enjoy the flavors of Miyazaki at any time of the day or night.
We offer a variety of Miyazaki craft beers. Our signature "Hideji Beer" has a unique yet well-balanced flavor that you can enjoy over and over again. "Kirishima Beer" is made with Kyushu's underground water "Kirishima Rekkasui" and carefully selected ingredients, and comes in two varieties, "Pilsner" and "Amber." Sour highballs made with handmade syrups from Miyazaki fruits "Hebesu" and Hyuganatsu are also popular. You can order individual dishes and alcoholic beverages at any time, so we recommend drinking during the day.
Hinatanokura is a restaurant in Fukuoka where you can experience the atmosphere of Miyazaki. Its convenient location, just two minutes from the nearest station, is also an attractive point. The restaurant has a light wood-toned interior, creating a cozy and relaxing space. We offer counter seats that are convenient for solo diners, as well as table seats that are perfect for intimate gatherings. We also accept reservations for private parties of up to 20 people, making it ideal for welcoming and farewell parties and other types of banquets!
