- [For private bookings] Cancellations can be made up to 3 weeks prior to the event. Up to 20 days prior, 60% of the course fee will be charged, and up to 10 days prior, 100% of the course fee will be charged. [For 10 people or less] Up to 3 days prior to the event, 20% of the course fee will be charged, and up to the day prior, 50% of the course fee will be charged. Cancellations on the day will be charged in full. *If the course is undecided, the fee will be calculated at 3,000 yen per person.
