The "Doumen Ramen" is made with a dried sardine base and is prepared in a unique way that brings out the best in the ingredients. We offer a bowl of ramen with the utmost care, including a carefully calculated "soup" that you'll want to drink down, "char siu" simmered in a sauce that has been around since the restaurant first opened, and "noodles" that aim for a balance between the three flavors. There are three flavors in total: a spicy "miso" made from a unique blend of seven carefully selected flavors, "salt" that is aged without adding any unnecessary ingredients, and "soy sauce," the signature dish that represents Somen. Enjoy your favorite flavor.
From the menu unique to a ramen shop, such as "Beef Muscle Tofu" simmered in the shop's proud broth with plenty of dried sardines and "Three Types of Ramen Shop Assortment," to the "Adult Potato Fries" mixed with salted fish, and roast pork egg in a sweet and spicy sauce, there are many original menus that will make you want to drink more! There are three types of courses filled with the shop's proud creative dishes, from casual courses to satisfying courses including limited menus, so please use them according to the occasion ◎
The first floor is a simple Japanese-style space. The counter seats create a minimalist, clean atmosphere, and the stylish downlights make it easy for women to enter. The table seats on the second floor have an 80's feel. 80's Western pop music is played, and the dim lighting and twinkling neon lights create an exciting atmosphere. The spacious and comfortable table seats can accommodate up to 10 people. Feel free to drop in for a wide range of occasions, from a quiet drink by yourself to a large group◎
Our specialty "Dobuduke Kodama Sour" is a drink where you mix ice-cold Kodama Sour with shochu and drink it yourself!
