Fresh seafood is purchased every morning from Fukuoka Market and Tsukiji Market. The best ingredients are carefully selected from the catch that day. The rice is made using Kinpei's own blend, which was developed after extensive discussions with a rice master, and cooked in kelp stock. In addition to sushi, we take great care to prepare grilled and simmered dishes, as well as exquisite snacks that go well with alcohol, every day.
We want you to experience the four seasons of Japan, so we use plenty of seasonal ingredients in our menus. Please enjoy the taste of the season from appetizers to desserts.
