Genghis Khan is made with Australian lamb and is carefully prepared over a period of about 5 hours. The unique smell of lamb is reduced by removing the tendons and oil. Enjoy it with our delicious homemade sauce made with 15 different vegetables and seasonings. We also have a wide variety of 15 to 20 types of snacks on the menu. Potato salad and Drunken Red Shrimp, which are red shrimp marinated in soy sauce and Shaoxing wine, are popular! Please also enjoy our Lamb Tendon Ponzu and Lamb Gyopsal, which are made with fresh tendons.
Cardamom shochu, made with cardamom, which is often used as a curry spice, is great mixed with soda. It's a shochu with an appealing spicy aroma. It also goes well with rum, so please enjoy them together. We also have makgeolli, muscat and grapefruit chamisul, which will give you a taste of Korea. We also have a wide variety of other drinks, including draft beer, chuhai, tea mixes, and wine, so please feel free to come by if you want to enjoy some alcohol and snacks.
This Genghis Khan bar is a 3-minute walk from the central exit of Chofu Station. The stainless steel interior is reminiscent of Korean food stalls, and the walls are finished in an inorganic style. The clean and bright interior has 4 counter seats and 16 tables. Perfect for one person or a group, your first or second stop!
