"Raclette" is irresistible for cheese lovers. This dish, which is also popular among women, is served by pouring melted cheese over vegetables and meat. It is good to pour it over fluffy potatoes, or to serve it with penne pasta as a gratin, or it is also healthy and recommended to eat it with boiled broccoli. Please enjoy it with your favorite ingredients. The cheese used is from Hanabatake Farm in Hokkaido. Enjoy the rich flavor of the melted cheese!
Our beer bar offers a wide variety of craft beers! We have a wide variety of local beers, including the "Hitachino Nest Daidai Ale," which uses the "Fukurai mandarin oranges" that are a specialty of Ibaraki, and the "Hime White," which has a soft mouthfeel and a gentle acidity with a hint of yuzu and coriander. Closed for Obon holiday from August 10 to 22. Reservations only for seats from August 7 to 8. 1 minute walk from Shinbashi Station. Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
