At our restaurant, you can enjoy chicken dishes such as skewers carefully grilled using our special local chicken, as well as a wide variety of a la carte dishes made with seasonal ingredients. We purchase whole 180-day-old female Hinai-Jidori chickens and process them in-house. Please enjoy the rich flavor and firm texture created by our chef's skilled techniques and the natural potential of the ingredients. We offer about 15 types of carefully selected shochu, mainly potato-based. Please spend a relaxing time in our Japanese-style space where you can feel the warmth of wood.
Our pride and joy, Hinai Jidori chicken, is purchased whole, 180-day-old hens, which the owner himself carefully prepares. Not only are they high-quality ingredients, but they are also prepared by the skilled hands of our chefs, resulting in a taste and texture that is second to none. Please enjoy the ultimate flavor that you will never forget once you have tried it.
The shochu carefully selected by the owner himself is diverse, ranging from major brands to rare brands. You can choose one to go with your meal, or choose a brand to go with your snack. Please try the various types.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
