Wanting to support his hometown of Fukuoka Prefecture, the owner contracts with a farmer in Itoshima City in the same prefecture to have vegetables sent directly to him. Pumpkin, shishito peppers, okra, jade eggplant and other seasonal ingredients are sent to him at the discretion of the producers, and are cooked according to the customer's preference, whether boiled or grilled.
