- **Nami Island Entry:** A ticket to Nami Island is required to board the cruise.
- **ID Required:** Passport only
- **Boarding Report:** As per the Cruise Ship and Pilotage Act, a boarding report must be completed before boarding
- **ID Verification:** You must present your ID when filling out the boarding report; boarding is not permitted without it
- **Arrival:** Passengers must arrive at least 30 minutes before departure and board at least 10 minutes prior
- **Weather Conditions:** Boarding may be altered or canceled depending on weather for safety reasons
- **Food Policy:** No outside food allowed; only food from the ship’s canteen is permitted
- **Passenger Conduct:** Boarding is prohibited for those who are intoxicated, carry dangerous items, or disrupt public order
- **Safety Compliance:** Follow crew instructions for your safety; failure to comply may result in boarding restrictions
- **Pet Policy:** Pets (up to 15kg) are allowed with a dog carrier. Guide dogs are permitted; ferocious dogs are not
