We are particular about each and every seafood we use, including seasonal, wild, live-killed fish, shellfish, and sea urchin. We offer a variety of dishes using these seafood, including platters and grilled dishes, and are proud of our excellent dishes. We also use carefully selected seasonings, such as bonito flakes from Makurazaki, Kagoshima Prefecture, salt delivered directly from the Oga Peninsula, and real wasabi.
