Every Saturday from March 15th (Sat) to April 19th (Sat), we will have special business hours for lunch from 11:30 to 14:30 and dinner from 17:00 to 23:00. ~ 1 minute from Exit 4 of Yushima Station on the Chiyoda Line / 7 minutes from the South Exit of Okachimachi Station ~ We are proud of our Hegi Soba, which is sourced from Niigata every day, and fresh seafood dishes, and we offer a variety of exquisite dishes. Our banquet courses with all-you-can-drink options, where you can enjoy Hegi Soba and seasonal dishes, also include 5 and 9 types of local sake.
Hegi soba, served in a hegi (cedar box), uses nori seaweed as a binder, so you can enjoy its smooth texture, firmness, and aroma. We purchase fresh soba every day from our main store in Niigata. It is easy to eat and beautifully presented, served by hand one bite at a time, making it a famous Niigata product that has many fans outside the prefecture.
All of our all-you-can-drink banquet courses are special in that you can enjoy Niigata local sake! The 5-item set includes all-you-can-drink sake from Echigo Kanbai, a representative Niigata local sake, as well as Echigo Kagetora, Kirinzan, Yoshinogawa, and Waduji. The 9-item set also includes the popular Hakkaisan, Kubota Senjyu, Shimeharitsuru, and Yukinakaume. Enjoy a blissful moment with the delicious food and fine sake of Echigo!
We offer four types of banquet courses with seasonal all-you-can-drink that use plenty of Niigata ingredients, such as fresh fish delivered directly from Niigata fishing port and vegetables sourced from Niigata greengrocer Ishidaya. Our recommendation is the Echigo Local Sake Enjoyment Course, which includes two hours of all-you-can-drink and nine types of local sake. It includes a wide range of dishes, including sashimi, Tochio's specialty fried tofu, and seasonal tempura. Of course, we finish off with hegi soba!!
For parties of 10 or more, we will give you a free mini sake barrel filled with Niigata local sake, which normally costs 3,780 yen (tax included)! This is the perfect setting for a farewell party or celebration, where the host will be delighted and everyone will enjoy. Come and enjoy a memorable party at Kongoan!

Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).
If you are unable to show up, please be sure to cancel your reservation before departure. If you do not cancel, the following fees will be charged to you (the actual fee will be determined by the information on the certificate provided after booking): If you cancel this reservation, the following fees will be charged: Cancellation on the day (without notice): 4,000 yen (per person)

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
The restaurant may contact users via email. Please provide an email address that you frequently use and can regularly check.
You understand, agree, and authorize the booking platform to provide booking services and make reservations and relevant requests on your behalf with the restaurant as necessary.
Notwithstanding anything contained in KKday's Terms of Use, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. KKday customer service will do its best to assist you, but please note that we cannot take any responsibility.
If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
