We are particular about using domestically produced Wagyu beef offal that is ground that morning, and we purchase it at the Shibaura Meat Market every morning. The extremely fresh offal has a different texture and flavor! Please enjoy the bouncy texture and overflowing sweetness.
The interior of the restaurant, with its modern Japanese design, has a relaxed, adult atmosphere. The sunken kotatsu seats can be reserved for parties of 20 or more people. Table seats can accommodate parties of up to 62 people. Banquets of up to 100 people are also possible.
