We can shave 100 skewers per minute! Our knife-cut noodles, which show off the skill of our craftsmen, are one of our pride and joys. Our most popular dish is the "Spicy Knife-Cut Noodles," which combines a savory, tinglingly spicy soup with chewy noodles! We also offer a wide variety of other dishes, such as the healthy "Five-Mixed Vegetable Knife-Cut Noodles" with plenty of mushrooms and vegetables, the "Greasy Knife-Cut Noodles" with an appetizing garlic aroma, and the "Paigu (Spare Rib) Knife-Cut Noodles" topped with large spare ribs.
The restaurant has a chic, relaxed atmosphere, and is equipped with tables surrounded by beautiful furnishings that can be used as private rooms. In addition, we have fully private rooms that can accommodate up to 15 people, so we can accommodate a variety of occasions, including dining with family and friends, entertaining clients, family meetings, and engagement ceremonies. The entire floor can be rented out for a maximum of 80 people for standing receptions, so please feel free to use it as a venue for various banquets and parties.
We offer courses where you can enjoy our proud dishes from 2,000 yen, and courses with all-you-can-drink are available from 2,980 yen. We recommend the "Xi'an Medicinal Hot Pot Course" with all-you-can-drink for 5,000 yen! Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
