The bar has been located on a back street in Shinbashi for 26 years. It is a charcoal-grilled dining bar that serves fresh fish such as wild bluefin tuna, oysters, meat, and seasonal vegetables, all carefully selected by the owner himself. You can enjoy a variety of drinks, including authentic Super Dry brewed by a "draft master," as well as Japanese sake and wines carefully selected by sommeliers. We offer counter seats made from a single piece of cherry wood and semi-private rooms where you can relax. Please enjoy a comfortable time for a variety of occasions, such as solo dining, business meetings, girls' nights, and dates.
Kai is a quiet hideaway for adults, located just a three-minute walk from Shinbashi Station. The restaurant has a friendly atmosphere and a Japanese feel, making it a cozy space you'll want to visit again and again. The open counter seats, made from a single piece of cherry wood, are perfect for solo diners or dates. You can also enjoy conversation with the friendly owner. We also have semi-private rooms where small groups can relax, so they are perfect for gatherings. Please come to our restaurant for a drink after work or a meal with close friends.
Our Asahi Super Dry is a must-try for both beer lovers and non-beer lovers. The master, a draft beer expert, brews a beautiful 7:3 ratio, boasting a rich hop aroma and creamy foam. We also offer a variety of other carefully selected drinks, including a highball finished with strong carbonation and an exquisite lemon sour with little bitterness. We also serve our drinks in chilled glasses. We also have a wide selection of sake and shochu, so please enjoy your favorite drink.
Our specialty is the oven-grilled wild bluefin tuna tail, which has been a favorite since we first opened. Tuna tail is a rare cut of tuna and is generally frozen. Our restaurant uses raw bluefin tuna, so you can enjoy its fresh and juicy flavor. It is simply seasoned with just salt and olive oil. It is slowly baked in a 200° oven for 40 minutes. It can be enjoyed with grated daikon radish and ponzu sauce for a refreshing taste. Please enjoy.
Our restaurant has been in Shinbashi for 25 years. We serve dishes that are faithful to the basics and that are made with great attention to each and every ingredient. The owner, a veteran with over 30 years of experience, has a keen eye for fresh fish, which is delivered directly from the market. Our recommendation is the "Assorted Sashimi" which allows you to compare different types of fish. We also recommend the oysters, which can be enjoyed all year round. We procure oysters from all over the country according to the season, so you can enjoy excellent quality oysters. Please enjoy with your favorite drink.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.

If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
