For lunch, enjoy our signature rich and creamy Oyakodon. For dinner, savor our specialty Shiro-taki (Hakata-style Mizutaki) and our proud chicken dishes.
We look forward to welcoming you. Our signature Oyakodon uses carefully selected eggs from Iwai, Ibaraki. Mix the egg yolk served on top into the bowl to enjoy a rich, creamy texture. Our Shiro-taki (Hakata-style Mizutaki) is made by simmering chicken bones for over 7 hours, resulting in a collagen-rich broth that is exquisite down to the final bite of champon noodles.
In the evening, enjoy sweet and spicy chicken wings, Kishu Shamo chicken sukiyaki, and Hakata-style shio-taki hot pot, along with Chiba-produced red chicken belly, thighs, and tail, all grilled over binchotan charcoal for a delicious flavor that can only be tasted here.
Made with carefully selected eggs from Iwai, Ibaraki, and chicken thighs and breasts slaughtered that morning, this is a deliciously tender dish that we are proud of.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
