We serve healthy dishes using mainly tofu and domestic chicken. Our handmade tofu is particularly delicious. We offer a wide range of drinks, including carefully selected local sake and shochu, as well as wine and cocktails. The Japanese-style interior has a relaxing, calming, and simple atmosphere, with varying lighting to create a relaxing atmosphere.
This is what comes to mind when you think of Touan. It has been handmade every day since it was founded. It is made with 100% domestic soybeans from Tochigi Prefecture, bittern from Izu Oshima, and natural water, and is made with the utmost care. It comes with seven condiments that go well with tofu, such as hingya salt and sake kasu. Try the first bite as is, without any seasoning! It is packed with the delicious flavor of soybeans.
Thighs, liver, chicken thighs, etc. Slowly grilled over charcoal, they are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside! The hand-kneaded meatball skewers are especially recommended.
In addition to the classic sashimi and charcoal grilled yakitori, we welcome our customers with a variety of dishes made with seasonal ingredients. We recommend the ala carte menu for meals with friends, and the banquet course with all-you-can-drink for small gatherings. Of course, we also have counter seats available for those who are dining alone and would like to relax.
Our counter seats are designed to keep a safe distance from your neighbors, and the open kitchen allows you to watch the food being prepared right in front of you. You can enjoy the preparation of the fish that arrived that day, the inside of the skewers of yakitori, and the charcoal grilling!

- Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
