Day 1: Fairbanks Airport Pickup - Aurora Viewing at a Cabin
Airport Pickup: Fairbanks International Airport. Pickup Time: 13:00 – 21:00 (based on flight arrival time).
Each booking includes one complimentary airport pickup service on the day of arrival. Guests arriving on similar flights will share the same shuttle, which may result in a short wait at the airport. We appreciate your understanding.
After arrival, check into your hotel to rest. If you do not require airport pickup, please proceed to the hotel on your own to check in (check-in time for hotels in Alaska is after 15:00).
As night falls, to avoid urban light pollution, we plan to depart at 22:00 for our carefully selected Aurora viewing cabin*. Its prime location increases your chances of witnessing the Northern Lights. Our professional Aurora guide will introduce you to the Northern Lights, assist with camera settings, and share photography tips to help you capture stunning photos. The cabin offers complimentary hot drinks, coffee, and an Aurora monitoring screen, allowing you to wait for the Northern Lights in warmth (1st Aurora viewing, included). We expect to return to the hotel around 02:00 the next morning.
You may choose to upgrade to an Aurora Glass Igloo experience at your own expense. Each glass igloo offers an unobstructed view, providing guests with an exceptional viewing experience. The rooms are well-equipped: full-floor heating ensures warmth and comfort; American-style breakfast, private showers, and 24-hour hot water are provided. The bathroom is equipped with high-altitude hair dryers and practical amenities, significantly enhancing your stay.

Day 2: Leisure Time in Fairbanks - Aurora Viewing at a Cabin
Enjoy a leisurely day in Fairbanks. You are free to arrange your own activities or participate in local winter activities at your own expense.

Day 3: North Pole - Museum of the North / Morris Thompson Cultural and Visitors Center - Aurora Chasing
Enjoy a leisurely morning at the hotel. We will depart from the designated hotel at 13:00 to visit the famous North Pole, also known as the 'Santa Claus House.' To create a festive atmosphere, a 16-meter-tall Santa Claus statue and 2-meter-tall polar bear and reindeer statues have been erected, and many public facilities are decorated with Christmas themes, making you feel as if you are in a fairy tale world. Afterward, you will follow your guide to the Museum of the North* on the University of Alaska Fairbanks campus, the best place to learn about the mysterious Arctic world and the lives of early locals. The museum's exterior, with its white lines and curves, mimics the snow-covered Arctic landscape and reflects dazzling light under the sun, making it one of Fairbanks' landmarks. The standard checkout time for hotels in Alaska is 12:00 noon. Please check with the hotel for their specific requirements.
For domestic flights within the United States, please arrive at the airport at least 2 hours in advance.
To avoid the risk of missing your flight, please schedule your departure flight for after 07:00 on the last day of your trip.
You can book the hotel's 24-hour complimentary Fairbanks Airport shuttle service; please arrange this in advance with hotel staff. You will need to provide: room number, name (pinyin), number of guests, and departure time.

  • The temperature in Alaska is relatively low in winter. Please prepare warm clothing according to your own conditions, such as down jackets, fleece jackets, hats, scarves, snow-resistant snow boots, sunglasses, etc.

  • Visitors are strictly prohibited from staying in the middle of the Dalton Highway. Any safety accidents caused by this will be borne by the visitors themselves.

  • For safety reasons, minors under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter the outdoor rock hot spring area of Chena Hot Springs Village. They can use the indoor jacuzzi and swimming pool;

  • Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult throughout the tour, or submit a waiver signed by a guardian;
