- Each person is entitled to carry one piece of luggage for free, with no size restrictions (please inform us in advance when booking; if not notified in advance and the vehicle becomes crowded, the driver/guide has the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be provided). For any additional luggage, a fee of 2,000 JPY per piece will be charged on-site.
- Children aged 0-2 who do not occupy a seat are free of charge; children aged 3 and above are charged as adults. If you fail to notify us about a child not occupying a seat, we reserve the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be provided.
