【Notes】

*Tickets cannot be shared, so if multiple people purchase tickets at the same time, only one e-ticket will be issued. Please make sure to enter on the same day when all the people in your party are present. If you are attending on multiple days or at separate times, we ask that you purchase tickets separately.
*An admission ticket is required for each person.
*Tickets will not be refunded unless the performance is canceled due to reasons of the organizers.
*Tickets purchased may only be used by the purchaser themselves. Tickets may not be transferred or sold to third parties.

*The event will proceed rain or shine, but the performance may be canceled, partially canceled, or shortened due to inclement weather.

*To avoid overcrowding, reservations (fees apply) will be required to use tents within the venue. Please check the LuckyFes special website for details.
*Performing artists may be changed due to unforeseen circumstances. Tickets will not be refunded in the event of cancellation or change of performing artists, or if the performance ends midway.
*When purchasing tickets for junior and senior high school students, we may ask for ID and age verification on the day. If the owner is not of the appropriate age, they will not be allowed to enter, regardless of whether they have been transferred, resold, or for any other reason.
*Elementary school students and younger may enter for free only if accompanied by a guardian who has a ticket. High school students and younger are considered minors and are therefore not considered guardians.
*Baggage inspection may be conducted at the entrance. Items that are prohibited from being brought into the venue will not be accepted at the entrance. If items are confiscated, they will be discarded, so please check in advance what items are prohibited from being brought into the venue.
*To manage visitor data, we will continue to require all visitors (Friends) to present their tickets and the registration completion screen of the LuckyFes official app (iOS, Android) upon entry, just like last year. Please download the official app in advance and complete the registration for identity verification.

■General festival precautions *Regulations are subject to change.

• Re-entry to the parking lot is only permitted.
• Activities such as moshing, lifting, and diving are prohibited.
• When the maximum capacity of each stage viewing area is reached, or when standing or loitering on the perimeter of the viewing area may be restricted.
• Bringing in alcohol or entering the venue while intoxicated is strictly prohibited.
• As a general rule, photography, filming, and audio recording of performing artists are prohibited, including during changeovers and rehearsals; however, filming may be permitted with the artist's permission.
• Waiting to enter the venue the day before or early in the morning, or waiting for performers to enter or leave, is prohibited.
• Unauthorized parking at nearby facilities is strictly prohibited. If discovered, tickets and re-entry will be invalidated, so please be careful.
• Please refrain from damaging the facilities or littering cigarette butts in the surrounding area.
• Smoking is prohibited anywhere in the venue except in designated smoking areas. If you wish to smoke, including electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco products, please be sure to use the designated smoking areas.
• Please refrain from unauthorized use of wristbands, reusing or replacing them. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss.
• Please refrain from bringing in any items prohibited by the event. For details, please see the festival's official website .
• Please be careful of heatstroke as the event will be held in midsummer.

◆Finally, the local people who will be welcoming you and the staff who have been preparing for the event have set the above regulations while thinking about how to enjoy the event as much as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation so that we can complete the event safely.

How to Use Your Voucher

Voucher Redemption Period

• The voucher must be redeemed on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
• A wristband will be issued in exchange for your ticket at the entrance. If it is lost, damaged, reused, or otherwise illegally used, it will be invalidated and the ticket price will not be refunded. If you purchase a pass, a 2-day or 3-day pass will be issued, so please be careful not to lose it.
