From Fukuoka city, it is recommended to take the JR Kagoshima Main Line to 'Yahata Station' and then transfer to a Nishitetsu bus for about 10 minutes to the 'Hashiba Cable Car' stop. You can also take a free shuttle bus from Yahata Station (please check the schedule) directly to the cable car base station. The night view of Mt. Sarakura is known as one of the 'New Three Great Night Views of Japan.' Its most distinctive feature is the offering box, which is placed at the top of a large torii gate approximately 6 meters above the ground. Successfully tossing a coin into it is believed to bring good luck.
