This service is in the form of a special car pick-up and does not include guided tour services such as tour guide explanations. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
If it is found on site that the passenger does not follow the reasonable number of passengers and luggage load capacity recommended by the vehicle model, the additional costs incurred shall be borne by the passenger.
Overtime fee (regardless of vehicle model): 5,000 yen/hour (please pay the driver on site).
Notify the driver of the information via KKday message or instant messaging software (line, whatsapp, wechat, kakaotalk).
You can drink bottled water or beverages in the car, but eating and drinking are prohibited. If you dirty the car, you will need to pay the cleaning fee at the driver's discretion.
The pick-up location or time can be modified one day before the scheduled pick-up time, but cannot be modified within 24 hours.
If there are uncontrollable situations such as flight cancellation, major delays, etc. that are not related to the guests themselves, please contact KKday customer service after arrival to re-arrange the vehicle. If you are unable to take the ride, a full refund will be given.

- The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
