- On the ski slopes, only single or double skis can be used.

How to Use
- For those who purchased before March 8, 2026: Please bring your passport or residence card and the exchange voucher to the service counter for exchange. The exchange method will not change even if the departure date is after March 9.
- Purchasers after March 9, 2026:
- Upon arrival at GALA, please proceed to the self-service ticket machine in front of the ticket counter and scan the QR code recorded on the voucher you received when booking to collect your cable car ticket.
- If the QR code cannot be scanned successfully, you can enter the reservation code to redeem it. If you are still unable to do so, please seek assistance from nearby staff.
- If you have booked both cable car tickets and rental services, the ticket machine will print two tickets in sequence: a cable car ticket and a rental voucher. Please bring the rental voucher to the rental counter to collect your rental items.
*GALA products pre-ordered from March 9th onwards cannot be redeemed with just the voucher on the first page (instructions page) (nor can they be redeemed at the counter). Please be sure to bring the voucher with the QR code from the second page onwards to redeem your purchase at the counter.
