-What you can expect-
The valleys in South Africa are amongst the most famous for their crisp white and, and the whole area is considered to be a gem for its rustic beauty and wide estates surrounded by giant oak trees. The drive will go through the territory's principal wine routes, including Paarl, Stelienbosch and Franschhoek, there will also be a stop for lunch. Visiting Paarl you will be struck by the beauty of the Valley, the blue sky and the rolling vineyards. Paarl made notice when President Nelson Mandela was granted freedom from the Groot Drakenstein prison (former Victor Verster), starting a new era of freedom in South Africa.

You will enjoy a wine tasting and a cellar tour at one of the local estates in Paarl and then continue north-west towards the village of Franschhoek founded in 1688 by French immigrants who escaped to South Africa from the Huguenot religious persecution that was going on Europe. Within the town, there is a memorial commemorating the arrival of the early settlers who helped develop the wineries.

There will be the lunch stop on your own account and then another wine tasting will be attending you at another vineyard. Following there will be a visit to Stellenbosch, the second oldest town in South Africa and historic heart of the country's wine region.
