Travel origin and destination: Nagoya and Tateyama Kurobe. Travel days: 2 days and 1 night. Transportation: Different types of vehicles are arranged according to the number of people. For a group of 15 people, meals are included: 1 breakfast, 0 lunches, and 1 dinner. Accommodation facilities: Minimum number of people in a hotel or similar hotel in Nagano area: 15 people. Tour leader: 1 (car driver and tour leader, bus leader will be arranged separately)

・Infants under 1 year old who do not occupy a seat or a bed can participate for free. Each adult can only bring one infant who does not occupy a seat or bed. If you are traveling with someone, please inform us in the "Remarks" column when making a reservation.
・Due to limited luggage storage space, only one large suitcase per person is allowed on the bus. If you have more than two pieces, please inform us in the remarks column. Please cooperate.
・Vehicle type used: Cars will be dispatched based on the number of people. When traveling with a small number of people, a driver and accompanying person will be arranged to provide full travel services. No additional tour leader will be sent. You can visit the attractions freely after arriving at the attractions. Please be informed.
・Meals cannot be customized. If you are a vegetarian, please inform us in the remarks column when ordering.
・If the scheduled time for Tateyama climbing cannot be reserved the next day, the itinerary will be adjusted forward or backward, please forgive me.
・If you are unable to board the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route due to weather or other force majeure factors, the round trip from Tateyama Kurobe to Tateyama Station-Murodo will be refunded and you will go for a walk in Takayama and Shirakawa-go instead.
・The Kurobe Tateyama Snow Wall (Daisetsu Valley) is a natural landscape. The height of the snow wall depends on weather conditions and the viewing height cannot be guaranteed.
・If the official announcement stops the tour of the Snow Valley due to weather conditions, it will be replaced by a tour of the Snow Valley by car.
Reminders
The minimum number of people in a group is 15. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of people in the group specified above, the tour will be canceled and an email notification of cancellation will be sent 14 days before the departure date.
There are no restrooms during the hike, so remember to use them in advance at stations, hotels, etc.
Except for hotels, stations and other places, there are almost no mobile phone signals on the mountain. It is recommended to turn off the power of the mobile phone to save power.
Be sure to bring water, an umbrella, sunscreen, sunglasses and warm clothing.
It is adjusted according to the departure time the next day. If the departure time is early, the breakfast may be adjusted to a lunch box. Meal ingredients cannot be guaranteed. The lunch box provided by the hotel on that day shall prevail. Please note that in order to ensure the boarding time, it is possible to have meals on the bus. Please be aware of this and understand before making a reservation.
Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes before. To avoid delaying your subsequent journey, no latecomers will be accommodated.
Accommodation hotels are mainly provided according to the itinerary description. If the hotel is fully booked, a hotel of the same grade will be provided. Please provide accommodation information 4 days before departure. We cannot specify a hotel. Please understand.
Please wear light clothing and shoes to participate in the tour.
The temperature on Tateyama Mountain is cold, so please bring warm clothes for hiking.
The scheduled travel route may be changed or canceled due to traffic conditions and congestion on the day.
In the event of bad weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision will be made one day before departure whether to cancel the tour, and we will notify you via email at any time.
If the scenic spot is unavailable due to bad weather or traffic, the tour leader reserves the right to change or cancel part of the itinerary at any time for safety reasons. Participants may not request a refund or fee reduction as a result.
Due to road conditions and other factors on the day of the itinerary, the stay time at attractions may be adjusted or some attractions may be cancelled. The return arrival time may also be significantly delayed. Please avoid arranging activities that night, so please be aware.
If you leave the group on your own during the trip, it will be deemed as an automatic abandonment and no refund of any fees will be required. If this results in personal or property losses, you must bear the consequences yourself.
When moving freely, please pay attention to personal and property safety. If an accident occurs or losses occur without heeding the advice, you will be responsible for it yourself.
Lunch on Tateyama Mountain is not included. It is recommended that you bring your own lunch or go to the restaurant on Tateyama Mountain to enjoy a local meal.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations 15 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 0% will apply
- For cancellations 10 to 14 day(s) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations 4 to 9 day(s) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations 1 to 3 day(s) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations 0 to 0 day(s) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
