- Please leave a valid mobile phone number at the time of booking, so Journey Beyond can contact you before and during your travels
- It is suggested to wear smart casual attire while travelling on the train
- During the journey, the train will go through remote Australian regions, which sometimes result in severe weather events, such as flash flooding, bushfires, and may require remote location medical evacuations. It is highly recommended that passengers purchase travel insurance to protect themselves in the event of unforeseen circumstances

Please arrive at the designated location 60 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Check in including luggage check in will open 1 hour prior to departure and will closes 30 minutes prior to departure
Passengers please head to the Luggage Hall located near Platform 2 to check in luggage and please must have a ticket or smartphone to show booking confirmation
Please note there won't be any waiting policy. In an event of latecomers, Journey Beyond reserves the rights to leave without them and the ticket will be forfeited

Final Travel Documents will be sent to you or your travel agent 30 days before departure. Please have a printed or digital copy of these Travel Documents with you when you check in and throughout your journey. And please take some time to review the itinerary and check if all details are correct.

Each ticket includes a luggage allowance of 2 x 20kg. Additional baggage will incur extra charges
The seat or cabin number will be provided to you upon check-in, which is assigned by the system in the weeks leading up to departure
Passengers should ensure that personal belongings such as medicine, cameras, hats, sunscreen, toiletries, enclosed footwear, etc. are packed in an overnight bag and that the items are enough for the number of days onboard

- A Hospitality Attendant is situated at the turnstiles from 6:45am
- Luggage check in is available from 6am and closes exactly 30 minutes prior to departure
- Guests need to go to the Luggage Hall located near Platform 2 to check in luggage. Guests must have a ticket / smartphone to show their booking confirmation
