- Medium tiger is 13–18 months
- Big tiger is 19–36 months - Children under the age of 15, guests shorter than 160 cm, and guests with disabilities are only permitted to interact with the smallest tigers
- Children under the age of 16, guests shorter than 160 cm, and guests with disabilities are not permitted to interact with the small tigers
- Guests under the age of 18 and shorter than 160 cm and guests with disabilities are not permitted to interact with the medium and big tigers

- Operation Hours: 8:00 am–6:00 pm
- It takes approximately 2–4 hours to tour the Sanctuary of Truth. (This includes the guide’s speech which takes around 45–60 minutes)
- The last entry is strictly at 4:00 pm
- Passports must be shown at the counter
- The entire building is made of wood, so smoking inside is strictly forbidden. Drinking alcohol is also not allowed
- Travelers wearing shorts or shirts without sleeves will not be allowed to enter the building
