Purchase Notice
- The total distance traveled by a chartered car is limited to within 300 kilometers. If it exceeds the limit, an additional fee will be charged. The car dealer will determine the amount of the additional fee based on the itinerary provided by the passenger.
- Please provide the pick-up and drop-off locations and addresses when placing your order.
- When placing an order, please provide the planned chartered itinerary in the remarks. If it is judged that the itinerary cannot be arranged or does not meet the specifications, we will negotiate with you to change the itinerary or cancel the order.
- When placing an order, please fill in the number of all luggage. If the number of luggage and the number of people cannot be carried by professional judgment, we will negotiate with you to change the car model or cancel the order. If the actual number of luggage on site does not match the number filled in when ordering, and it cannot be carried on site. , the driver has the right to refuse the pick-up and no refund will be given, please know.

Please inform us of payment or changes. Japanese law stipulates that all children under 6 years old need to use child safety seats (children must occupy 1-1.5 seats). Please inform the number of child safety seats in advance. One safety seat will be provided free of charge. The second child and above will be provided for each child safety seat. There is an additional charge of 2,000 yen, please pay to the driver before getting on the bus, please know.
- If the chartered car exceeds the time limit, an additional 2,000 yen/per 30 minutes will be charged. Please pay it to the driver before getting off the bus. The time is based on the scheduled boarding time and the time of getting off at the end of the trip.

If, based on professional assessment, the number of luggage and passengers is insufficient to accommodate the vehicle, we will discuss with you a different vehicle type or cancellation of the order. If the actual number of luggage on-site does not match the quantity entered during booking and the site cannot accommodate the luggage, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and drop-off, and no refund will be issued. Please be aware of this.
This product only provides private charter car transportation and does not include professional sightseeing tours. Travelers may ask the driver for advice during the trip, but the driver's responses and level of cooperation are not included in the service fee. Please understand this before booking.
