Starting March 2nd, ION Wong Chuk Hang is launching a brand new "Southeast Asian Flavor Feast," featuring seasonal seafood and ingredients paired with Southeast Asian spices to create a variety of delicious dishes, including Singapore Typhoon Shelter Stir-fried Three Delicacies* (abalone, prawns, and crayfish), Golden Curry Crab, Thai Garlic Steamed Shrimp (weekend only), and Scallop Risotto with Lobster Sauce. Each diner will also receive half a Garlic Steamed Lobster! There is also a series of mango-infused desserts, including Mango Coconut Golden Crispy Box, Mango Coconut Rice Noodles, and Mango Passion Fruit Tart, bringing a refreshing Southeast Asian flavor.
