- Every day, hot water is transported by tanker truck from the source of Satowaki Wakutama no Yu in Yoshikawa-cho, Miki City. You can easily enjoy authentic hot springs in the center of Kobe City. You can enjoy Kobe-style "new hot spring therapy" at "Satowaki Wakutama no Yu" amid the beautiful scenery of the port city.
- On the top floor, there is the "Observation Footbath Garden." We recommend the night view from 105 meters above ground. You can spend a fulfilling time soaking your feet in the footbath while looking at the illuminated Kobe symbol, the "Port Tower."
- We also have three types of saunas that are popular in Japan. In the high-temperature sauna, you can enjoy an automatic loyly every hour on the hour. We also offer a free sauna hat and sauna mat rental service.
- Ganbanyoku is known as a "bath that doesn't require hot water." By lying on the heated natural stones while still wearing your clothes, you can gradually encourage sweating from the inside of your body and feel refreshed. In addition, a new Yogibo has been installed near the healing space, making it an even more relaxing space.
- In addition to the Manyo Club Grand Menu, we also have a special menu that is only available at Kobekan. Please enjoy each dish that makes the most of the quality of the ingredients in a relaxing atmosphere reminiscent of a traditional Japanese restaurant, where hospitality is at its best.
- There is a convenient shop and souvenir shop with a wide selection of goods. The "Souvenir Corner" next to the front desk on the 9th floor has a wide lineup of items, from standard Kobe souvenirs to our hotel's recommended limited edition products. In addition, you can also purchase personal items necessary for your stay. We are able to meet a wide range of needs.

*Bringing in food and drinks from outside the building is strictly prohibited. Only guests with food allergies and those using baby food may bring them in.
*We will refuse entry to those with tattoos or tattoo-like stickers (tattoo stickers), body paint, those with ties to organized crime, those who are drunk, and those with infectious diseases. We may refuse entry to those with skin diseases depending on the severity of their symptoms. We strictly prohibit entry of pets.
*We ask that children who are still in diapers (including training pants) and elderly people who wear diapers refrain from using the large baths. For an additional fee, some stores offer private baths. (We have baby baths for use at home, so please feel free to use them.)
*Please note that we do not allow people under the age of 18 (high school students only) to enter the facility alone. Please note that this facility (for both day trip bathing and overnight stays) must be accompanied by a guardian. (People under the age of 18 (high school students only) cannot enter the facility alone.)
*For children over 3rd grade (including 3rd graders) or over 120cm tall, boys will be allowed to use the men's baths and girls the women's baths. However, we may refuse entry depending on the child's development.
*We ask that customers using wheelchairs bathe with a caregiver of the same sex.
*Please refrain from using the baths if you are menstruating.
*Please be careful not to lose your locker keys, guest room keys, or cards. If you lose your locker key (wristband), dressing room key, shoe key, guest room key, or card, you will be charged a replacement key or card fee. Please be careful not to leave these items unattended.
*From April 1, 2020, a day-trip bathing tax of 75 yen will be charged separately. For those with invitation tickets, discount tickets, point admission, and various plans (without bathing).
*Please note that our large public bath is provided on the premise that it will be shared by many people as a public space. If we determine that you do not meet this requirement, we may refuse you use of the large public bath or locker rooms.
