Purchase Notice
1. "Hakodateyama Ski Resort" season tickets can be used during the ski resort's operating period. *Please note that the operating period may change depending on the snow conditions.
2. Hakodateyama Ski Resort season passes are only valid for the person who holds them. They cannot be transferred or lent to others. If any fraudulent activity is found, the pass will be confiscated. If any fraudulent activity, skiing off the course, or any significant violation of the rules or manners at the facility is observed, the season pass may be immediately confiscated and future use may be refused.
3. To receive the benefits of a season pass for Hakodateyama Ski Resort, you must present the season pass for Hakodateyama Ski Resort. In addition, the benefits can only be used by the holder himself/herself.
4. The validity of presenting a season pass for "Hakodateyama Ski Resort" is as follows: when riding the lift or gondola, free admission to the play zone, free parking, and discounts on lift tickets at group ski resorts. In all cases, you must present your season pass.
5. Hakodateyama Ski Resort season passes can be used by presenting them when boarding the lifts and gondolas. To confirm your identity, please remove your goggles and face mask so that your face can be identified. If you forget to bring your pass or are unable to present it, it will not be valid at all.
6. Refunds and reissues will not be possible after application has been made for any reason. Tickets cannot be exchanged or converted into cash even if there is a period during which the resort is unavailable due to natural disasters, bad weather, lack of snow, power restrictions, or mechanical problems with snow-making machines, lifts, gondolas, etc. However, 70% of the fee will be refunded only if a doctor's certificate is submitted by December 31, 2024 due to pregnancy, injury, or illness. The cost of the refund will be borne by the person in question.
7. Season tickets will be shipped from the arrival date if mailed, or within 30 days from the application date if applied online. If cash on delivery is used, the tickets will be shipped by postal cash on delivery, and if paid by credit card, they will be shipped by registered mail. Please note that you cannot specify the arrival date and time in either case.
8. Handling of Personal Information
The personal information you provide when applying will be used to contact you, provide you with information through direct mail, and compile non-personally identifiable statistics for future marketing purposes. For more information about our privacy policy, please visit the ski resort's website.
9. If you lose your season ticket, please notify the Season Ticket Office immediately.
A season pass can be reissued once during its validity period (fee: 3,000 yen). The reissue procedure takes about 10 days, and the season pass cannot be used until it is reissued.
Reminders
Please upload photos of all people in your reservation within one day of making your reservation. These will be used to create your season pass and to verify your identity.
The face photo must have been taken within the last 6 months. Hats, sunglasses, masks, and funny face photos are not allowed. *Seniors must attach a copy of their driver's license, and those under 18 must attach a copy of their age (such as a copy of their driver's license or insurance card).
Once all information has been confirmed, we will issue your tickets and mail them to the address you entered when booking. (Please make sure to enter an address where you can receive them.)
