[Guidelines]

  • The tour requires a minimum of 2 participants
  • Participants must be at least 15 years old or older and 155 cm or taller
  • As long as the minimum participant count is reached, the experience will commence (rain or shine). However, it may be canceled if there is a possibility of river or dam flooding due to typhoon or torrential rain
  • We have bicycles of the appropriate size according to your height. Please provide the height of the participant in the "Requests & Remarks" section when ordering
  • If you have been drinking on the day of the event, have a hangover, or are pregnant, you will not be allowed to participate
  • In case of cancellations, there will be a review of the weather forecast and the on-site conditions and you will be contacted by the Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/naocjp/) by 7:00 pm the night before. However, since this is a natural event, there may be cases where we have no choice but to suddenly cancel the event. Your understanding is much appreciated
