  • To ensure the quality of experience, please be reminded that guests have the ability to understand English commentary, no refund will be applied if guests fail to comprehend the introduction

  • Please ensure you arrive at the Stage Door 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time to allow enough time to check in. Failure to arrive before this time will most likely be classified as no-show and result in forfeiting the booking without a refund or transfer
