This is not a private tour, you will enjoy the tour with other guests.
If the minimum number of participants (20) is not met by (7) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be cancelled.
Drinking alcohol on the bus is prohibited.
Please note that odd-numbered groups will, in principle, share seats on the bus
* Depending on the traffic and congestion on the day of the tour, your arrival time will be late at night, please make arrangements for how you will get home, including confirming the accessibility of the last public transportation and getting ready in case you are unable to connect to it. In that case, the transportation expenses such as taxi fares will borne by the customer.
The content of the fireworks display is subject to change without prior notice.
Because of the road closures, tourists may be required to wait on the bus for up to an hour after the fireworks until the traffic restrictions are lifted.
The walk from the parking lot to the fireworks viewing area will take between 30 and 40 minutes. Due to the uneven pathways, we kindly ask you to wear appropriate walking shoes.
In case of rain, the fireworks display may still be held and the tour will continue. The event may be canceled due to severe weather (typhoons, strong winds and rain, etc.), flooding of rivers, or other circumstances that may pose a risk to the fireworks display.
Even if the fireworks display is canceled or postponed due to severe weather, etc., the Tour will continue as long as the Fireworks Display Operator does not make an statement before the tour's departure time.
If the Fireworks Display Executive Committee make the final decision to cancel the displays early in the morning on the day of the event, our tour guide may notify you of the cancellation on that day."
If the fireworks display is canceled by the day before departure, you will receive the tour refund minus the cost of the reserved seat (4,000 JPY)
If the fireworks display is canceled or postponed due to sudden stormy weather after the tour departure, there will be no refund of the travel fee (including reserved-seat ticket fee, etc.). Please note that the transportation fee to the meeting location is at your own expense.
Please bring your own supplies to avoid heat stroke.
Reminders
Important Notes During Bus Tour
・ We ask for your cooperation in refraining from drinking alcohol on the bus.
・ To the members of the odd-numbered group: Please be informed that you may have to share seats with other passengers on the bus.
・ As it is stipulated by the law of Japan, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.
・ Please do not stand up or walk while the tour bus is running.
・ Seating on the bus is assigned by H.I.S staff, please do not change your seat during the tour.
・ Please kindly be punctual and arrive at the designated meeting place on time. The bus will leave on time and will not wait for late comers.
・ If late comers wish to re-join the group again afterwards, all transportation fees will be on customer's own expense.
・ Please kindly put on the sticker which will be given to you by the tour guide during the tour, make sure it can be seen clearly.
・ Please do not stick it on leather goods as seal marks may remain.
・ Please do not use the seat reclining function or change the seat setting.
・ Please kindly switch all your electronic devices such as mobile phone and game machines etc. to manner mode with no sound.
・ Talking on mobile phone and video calls are prohibited on the tour bus.
・ Smoking is strictly prohibited on the tour bus.
・ Arrival time at each sightseeing sports may be different depending on traffic conditions.
・ Use of drone for shooting or other purposes is prohibited during the tour.
・ Please do not use perfume, spray or change baby diapers on the bus, as it may cause troubles to other customers.
・ Please kindly manage your valuable belongings by yourself.
・ After the tour, please kindly take all the garbage with you and do not leave them on the bus.
・ If you accidentally leave any belongings on the bus, please be aware that they will be disposed of.
・ In regards of fruit picking tour, please note that it is consumable only within the farm. Bringing it home by your own bag is strictly prohibited.
・ If you are unable to follow the above regulations and cause any nuisance on the bus, you may be asked to get off the bus even in the middle of the tour.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
