[Regarding Usage]

  • Each booth can accommodate up to 4 people.
  • Booth locations cannot be specified.
  • Please complete the registration process at the shop counter on the 1st floor of the Center House, before boarding the lift, at least 30 minutes before your scheduled usage time.
  • The lift to Kiyosato Terrace takes 10 minutes one way, and since lift use is not prioritized, please allow ample time for your journey.
  • If the booth is unavailable due to rain or other reasons, KKday Customer Support will contact you.
  • Pets are welcome, but please keep them on a leash. *Please refrain from letting them on furniture such as sofas.
  • We cannot extend your usage time.
  • Even if you are late for the start time, you will be required to leave by the end time. (Your usage time will be shortened by 45 minutes.)
  • Bringing in outside food and drinks is prohibited. Takeout items from Sun Meadows Kiyosato are permitted.

  • A cage is required to ride the lift, and if you are in a cage, you can use the regular carrier.
  • We have cages available (approximately 65.5 cm high, 62 cm wide, and 87 cm deep).
  • Please inform the staff at the lift station.
  • Large dogs are not permitted to use wheelchair carriers from August 1st to 16th.
