Kusatsu Onsen, one of Japan's three famous hot springs

Kusatsu Onsen boasts the highest natural spring water output in Japan. The symbol of Kusatsu, Yubatake, produces about 4,000 liters of hot water per minute. You can luxuriate in the blessing of the earth, which constantly pours out hot water. Please also enjoy sightseeing, dining, and food tours in places such as Yubatake.
Recommended spots include Yumomi-tei (footbath) at Yubatake and Nishi no Kawara open-air bath (the largest in Kusatsu Onsen; an admission fee is separate and paid on site).

You can experience various Kusatsu hot springs on a vast site away from everyday life. Enjoy a rich nature walk in the forest and amusement facilities too.

・Please note that odd-numbered groups will, in principle, share seats on the bus
・The order of the itinerary may be partially changed.

Arrival at Nagoya Station may be delayed due to traffic conditions.
Free walk time may change due to traffic conditions.

  • Please sanitize your hands when boarding and exiting the bus.

  • Wearing a mask on board is at the discretion of the customer in accordance with the government's policy. To ensure that everyone can enjoy their trip, we ask for your cooperation in cough etiquette and wearing a mask during continuous conversations.

  • Please eat and drink in the car in silence. Drinking alcohol is prohibited.

  • To the members of the odd-numbered group: Please be informed that you may have to share seats with other passengers on the bus.

  • As it is stipulated by the law of Japan, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.

  • Please do not stand up or walk while the tour bus is running.

  • Seating on the bus is assigned by H.I.S staff, please do not change your seat during the tour.

  • Please kindly be punctual and arrive at the designated meeting place on time. The bus will leave on time and will not wait for late comers.

  • If late comers wish to re-join the group again afterwards, all transportation fees will be on customer's own expense.

  • Please kindly put on the sticker which will be given to you by the tour guide during the tour, make sure it can be seen clearly.

  • Please do not stick it on leather goods as seal marks may remain.

  • Please do not use the seat reclining function or change the seat setting.

  • Please kindly switch all your electronic devices such as mobile phone and game machines etc. to manner mode with no sound.

  • Talking on mobile phone and video calls are prohibited on the tour bus.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited on the tour bus.

  • Arrival time at each sightseeing sports may be different depending on traffic conditions.

  • Use of drone for shooting or other purposes is prohibited during the tour.

  • Please do not use perfume, spray or change baby diapers on the bus, as it may cause troubles to other customers.

  • Please kindly manage your valuable belongings by yourself.

  • After the tour, please kindly take all the garbage with you and do not leave them on the bus.

  • In regards of fruit picking tour, please note that it is consumable only within the farm. Bringing it home by your own bag is strictly prohibited.

  • Please do not forget and leave any personal belongings on the bus after the tour.

  • Language used by accompanied staff is Japanese, and "translation app or device" will be used for language support.

  • In addition on the departure day, we will distribute travel voucher which written in your desire language. (English or Chinese)

  • Participant of this tour will ride with Japan local visitor.

  • If you are unable to follow the above regulations and cause any nuisance on the bus, you may be asked to get off the bus even in the middle of the tour.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
