Purchase Notice
- Hotel prices fluctuate, so a hotel surcharge may apply on high-demand dates such as peak season and holidays. Please confirm before booking.
- Day 1 airport pickup is available for arrivals at any time between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. Flights arriving within 1 hour of each other are picked up together. The guide waits in the airport parking area and does not hold a name sign. Arrivals between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm incur a surcharge of $20 per person. After 8:00 pm, please make your own way to the hotel (solo travelers pay the surcharge for 2 people).
- Travelers on nearby flights are picked up together, so you may wait 20-40 minutes at the airport, depending on the driver's arrangements on the day.
- For the Day 7 airport drop-off, please book flights departing after 10:00 pm (domestic) or after 11:00 pm (international).
- Accommodation in the towns is in comfortable 3-star hotels. Room type is subject to the hotel's final confirmation and may be 1 double bed plus 1 single bed.
- If the Wave Rock tour has fewer than 6 travelers, it may be changed to an English-speaking tour (hotel pickup and drop-off and lunch included; the itinerary stays the same, subject to the local operator's final arrangements).
- Activities on Rottnest Island are self-guided, with no guide accompanying you.
- Complimentary items are subject to supplier and weather conditions and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Because of the long driving distances in Western Australia, children aged 4 and under cannot join this tour. Thank you for your understanding.
- This is a join-in group tour. The order of the itinerary may be adjusted based on the actual group, but the content stays the same. Please refer to the pre-departure notice for the final order.
- If you miss attractions because of a missed, canceled or delayed flight, the local operator is not responsible and no refund is given. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

The sightseeing times listed in the itinerary are for reference only. The driver will make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary based on weather and traffic conditions.
Leaving the group early or leaving the group midway will be considered a voluntary abandonment, and our company will not be liable for any corresponding losses.
All day tour vehicles will be assigned based on the number of participants that day.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 62 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 16 to 61 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–15 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
