- Recommended flights:
Pick-up on the first day: Get on and off the bus at the airport waiting area between 8 am and 2 pm (no sign). If you arrive early, there will be no pick-up and you need to go to the team hotel to meet up
Airport transfer on the sixth day: Return domestic flights must take off after 9pm, and international flights must take off after 11pm (If guests wish to delay their departure, they will only be sent back to the departure hotel on the same day, without airport transfer)
- Please be sure to fill in the arrival and departure flight information and time when placing an order. The actual transfer time will be adjusted according to the situation. Please refer to the letter notified by the supplier for the final decision.
- If guests miss part of the trip due to flight or traffic factors, no refund will be given. Guests are required to go to the meeting place or accommodation location by themselves. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that guests purchase travel insurance
- Activities on Rottnest Island are free and unguided
- The pictures are for reference only. The itinerary order may be changed according to the actual situation, but the attractions will remain unchanged.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 62 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 16 to 61 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–15 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
