- Infants and toddlers under the age of 3 (0-2 years old) can participate for free. However, seats, meals, and beds are not provided for those children. Please let us know if you are participating with those children in the "Requests & Remarks" column at the time of booking
- Please leave your "contact information during travel" in case of emergency at the time of booking
- A participant can bring up to 2 pieces of carry-on luggage. If there are guests with large luggage, please let us know in the "Requests & Remarks" column at the time of booking
Reminders
A minimum of 10 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 12:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: Heart disease, Asthma
Meals are not included for children under the age of 3
The bus will depart on time, please arrive at the meeting point no later than 10 minutes before the tour departure. If you are late due to personal reasons and cannot join the tour, no refund will be provided
Because this is a sightseeing bus group itinerary, please make sure to be on time for the meeting time at each meeting point to avoid delaying the departure and itinerary of other participants
No refund will be provided if the participants leave or abandon the itinerary due to personal reasons
This is a shared-ride group tour and there will be other guests on the ride. There will be no stops made, besides the sightseeing spots
Please wear light clothing and shoes for the tour. Please keep an eye on your personal valuables by yourself, as we cannot compensate for any loss of your valuables during the trip
Depending on the traffic conditions on the day, the ending time may be delayed and other unforeseen circumstances may arise. We do not recommend this tour for guests who are taking flights on the same day, and will not take any responsibility for missed flights
In the case of a small number of participants, a VIP car will be arranged for the 2-day tour itinerary
The meals in the pictures are for reference only, and the actual meals are mainly based on the ingredients of the day
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 9 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
