【Flight Special Regulations】(Please confirm before booking)

1. Non-refundable: This product is subject to group flight regulations. Once the flight is confirmed, it cannot be refunded for any reason (including medical or other personal factors).
2. Non-changeable: After ticketing, names cannot be corrected, dates cannot be changed, tickets cannot be transferred, and tickets cannot be refunded.
3. Responsibility for Data Verification: Please fill in the information (English name, date of birth, passport number and validity, gender, ID number) exactly as it appears on your original passport. Do not enter information from memory when booking for relatives or friends.
4. Risk of Errors: If the information is incorrect after ticketing, the passenger shall bear all resulting change fees, airline penalties, or losses incurred from being unable to board the flight.
5. Passport Verification Service (Optional):
＊Upload image file within 24 hours after booking: Customer service will assist in cross-checking (the final accuracy remains the passenger's responsibility).
＊If no image file is uploaded within 24 hours: Please provide the 'Passport Issue Date' via message before the deadline. Once the flight request is successful, the system will proceed with ticketing based on the information provided at the time of booking. Changes cannot be made, and the passenger is responsible for any errors or losses.

Please note: If this product is not used in the sequence of the departure dates, the return flight ticket will become invalid and cannot be used. This will be considered a voluntary forfeiture of the right to use the ticket, and no refunds will be provided.

【Free Baggage Allowance Standards】

• Free round-trip checked baggage is limited to 1 piece (20kg). The sum of the length, width, and height of the free baggage must be 203 cm or less.

• Free round-trip carry-on baggage is limited to 1 piece (10kg). The sum of the three dimensions (length + width + height) must be 20+55+40=115cm or less, and it must be able to be placed under the seat or in the overhead bin.

• Infant tickets include 1 piece of free checked baggage (10kg) and one stroller or infant car seat.

• Additional baggage weight cannot be purchased for this product. If you exceed the weight limit, you must pay the excess baggage fee at the airport counter.

• All electronic devices containing lithium batteries and any extra power banks must not be placed in checked baggage. Please keep them in your carry-on items and have them on your person for inspection. Extra batteries must be carried with you and must be protected against short circuits. Short-circuit prevention methods: ① Each battery should be placed in an individual sealed ziplock bag. ② Power jacks and USB ports must be covered with insulating tape. 【Operation Instructions】

• This product is a request-based flight and hotel package. After signing up, customer service will inform you of availability. Once the order is confirmed, it will be processed using the passenger's English name, gender, and title provided at the time of booking, which must match the passport exactly. No cancellations or changes are allowed during the request period (unless customer service notifies you that the request failed). If your passport is expired at the time of sign-up, please enter the passport number from your old passport and proactively provide the new passport information before ticketing or at least seven days before departure to avoid issues with boarding or entry. Once the flight and hotel are confirmed, any cancellations or postponements that incur fees will be charged separately; the actual amount will be subject to the customer service response.

• If traveling with others, please note the order numbers of your companions in the order remarks. Seats are assigned by the airline, and we cannot guarantee that companions will be seated together. Thank you for your understanding.

• For this product, a Single room only accepts one adult, a double room only accepts two passengers, and so on. Any additional guests must book separate rooms. Guests under 20 years old are not permitted to stay in the hotel without a parent or guardian.

• You may request a specific bed type for this product. If requested, we will inform the hotel in the remarks, but the actual room assignment is subject to the hotel's discretion. We do not guarantee the requested bed type, and there may be additional charges for specific bed types. No refunds will be provided if the requested bed type is unavailable.

• This product is sold at the lowest promotional fare. If flights are full, you may need to pay an 'extra surcharge' or 'change the departure date'. If you do not accept this, you may choose a full refund. Please be aware of this when booking.

• This product requires 'group arrival and departure'. You may not delay your return, and tickets are non-refundable and cannot be extended. Tickets must be used in the specified sequence. If the outbound flight is not taken, the return flight will automatically become invalid and non-refundable. Please be aware of this when booking.

• This product is subject to the 'Airline Group Ticket Regulations'. Ticket rules are strict; once confirmed, tickets have no refund value (even for medical reasons) and cannot be changed, refunded, rescheduled, or transferred. Please provide a copy of your passport upon booking. If not provided, tickets will be issued based on the English name entered at the time of booking, and the passenger is responsible for any errors. (Once confirmed, this booking cannot be rescheduled, cancelled, or refunded.)

【Entry Requirements】

• The South Korean government will implement the e-Arrival card system starting in 2026. Travelers must complete and submit their arrival declaration in advance via the e-Arrival card website ; there is no additional fee for this. The e-Arrival card can be submitted up to 3 days prior to arrival in Korea (based on Korea Standard Time, you may submit it on the day of arrival, one day before, or two days before). If you do not enter the country within 72 hours of submission, the declaration will be voided and must be resubmitted. You may save the submitted PDF or a screenshot on your mobile device; you do not need to present it during immigration clearance. Children under 14 must have their declaration submitted by a family member or another person; adults may also submit declarations on behalf of others or as part of a group. The following individuals are exempt from submitting an electronic or paper arrival card: 1. Foreigners with an Alien Registration Card (including permanent residency, domestic residence reports, etc.). 2. Foreigners holding a valid K-ETA. 3. Airline crew members, etc. 4. Those who have registered for S.e.S.

• Taiwanese passport holders traveling to South Korea visa-free (for tourism) must have a passport with at least six months of validity remaining. You may enter South Korea with a valid passport and a round-trip ticket. COVID-19 vaccination is 'not' a mandatory requirement for entry into South Korea.

• Until December 31, 2026, the South Korean Ministry of Justice requires that foreign passport holders apply for a South Korean visa (or apply for K-ETA online) in person; third-party applications are not permitted.
