- All tours, cruises, and activities are weather dependent and subject to availability
- Eco Ranger experiences may not be available every day, which are subject to change, availability, and animal attendance
- The Whale Watch sighting guarantee offers a refund if the cruise is cancelled by Tangalooma due to bad weather conditions, or if no whales are seen on the Whale Watching Day Cruise
- Return launch time for the Sunset Cocktail, Wild Dolphin Feeding and Sea to Sky Packages is approximately 7pm in winter and 7.30pm in spring
- Wild dolphin watching and feeding activities are affected by weather, tides, and weather conditions. Wild dolphins are not guaranteed to show up, but according to the experiences, there is a 98% chance to witness

Reminders
Please arrive at the designated location 60 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Please note flash photography while dolphin feeding is not permitted. Please do not wear insect repellents, perfumes, deodorants, or sunscreens into the water. Travellers with a cold, flu, or respiratory illness are not permitted to join. Wear something you do not mind getting wet and remove any sharp or large hand jewellery. Waterproof waders can be hired from The Eco Centre. Disinfect your hands in the bucket provided before handling the fish. Violators will be asked to leave the water immediately
Travellers are permitted one (1) carry-on bag not exceeding the following dimensions: 56 cm (height) x 36 cm (width) x 23 cm (depth)
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
