In the case of inclement weather, management reserves the right to postpone the booking before the start of the event, cancel the activity, and replace them with appropriate indoor activities for the safety of all participants and facilitators
If rain comes mid-way through, The Sundowner has shelters so the session can continue unless it is not safe to do so
If the session has to end prematurely after it has begun, a new future session can be booked at no extra cost, at the management's discretion
