What You Can Expect

- 07:30Meet at your hotel lobby and proceed to Ranau Town (actual time is dependant on your hotel's location)
- 09:00Stop by Nabalu market
- 10:30Register and get ready for paragliding
- 13:00Lunch
- 15:00Visit Desa Dairy Farm
- 16:00Depart back to Kota Kinabalu
- 18:00Arrive at Kota Kinabalu and be taken back to your hotel
Purchase Notice
- The itinerary is for reference only and is subject to any necessary changes in accordance with local requirements
- Travelers below 12 years old are not allowed to join this tour
- This tour is not private, you will share the trip with other guests from different countries
- You are recommended to bring: comfortable walking shoes, insect repellant, sun block lotion, a warm jacket, a raincoat
- Make sure you wear shoes, long pants and sportswear. Appropriate clothing is important for safety, avoid wearing skirts, shorts and slippers.
- Total capacity of paragliding not more than 85kg. Additional charges of MYR50 per person for guest weighing between 85kg - 110kg (weight in during registration) for bigger parachute is applicable and to be paid on the spot.
- If Paragliding activity cancel due to weather after tour commence, MYR150 per person for Paragliding activity will be refund. Tour will continue visit to Kinabalu Park & Poring Hot Spring OR Sabah Tea & Luanti.

- Starting June 1st, 2024, the Malaysia Sport Aviation Federation (MSAF) mandates all guests participating in paragliding activities to purchase paragliding insurance.
- Paragliding Insurance can be purchase directly on site.
- The guest will not be permitted to participate in the paragliding activity if he or she does not purchase the paragliding insurance.
- Benefits:
1. Death or Permanent Disability: Up to RM 10,000 per person
2. Medical Expenses: Up to RM 2,000 per person

Validity Period
- The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 15 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
