Re-enter the museum as many times as you like until 5:00pm on the same day. Ticket must be presented upon re-entry. We will also confirm your ticket when you enter the Poem and Märchen Gallery. Please be sure not to lose it.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the facility.
No food or drinks are allowed inside.
For diaper changes, please use the nursing room on the 1st floor or the restrooms at the basement of the Anpanman Museum. There are also changing tables in the Poem and Märchen Gallery. Only the Anpanman Museum has a nursing room.
The Anpanman Museum offers 100-yen returnable coin-operated lockers. Large items that do not fit in the coin lockers, baby strollers, etc. can be checked in at the reception desk.
Please redeem your ticket at the entrance reception counter of the Anpanman Museum. Redemption cannot be made at the Poem and Märchen Gallery.
