- Product purchase
- Receive mobile ticket (mobile ticket sent within 10 minutes upon purchase)
- Use the sled after presenting your mobile ticket at the ski house ticket office
- Resend authentication number and product inquiry (Core Works Co., Ltd.)

- Inquiry hours: 9:00 am–6:00 pm (excluding lunch time 11:30 am–12:30 pm)
